Cabot Latvia is located in Latvia's capital city of Riga and is home to a Global Business Services (GBS) Delivery Center along with global, regional, local and business support roles.

Currently there are more than 250 employees in Riga supporting our businesses, functions and sites, focusing on outstanding customer service through the reliable and timely execution of business-critical activities and processes, while meeting our high standards of compliance and control excellence.

Employees located in Riga primarily provide back-office services to support our business and manufacturing facilities in Europe, the Middle East, Africa (EMEA) and North America; and is increasingly providing global services for Cabot.

Our Charity Efforts

Over the past decade, Riga Charity has made a remarkable difference in the local community. With €130,000 donated by the Cabot Foundation, an additional €20,000 from Cabot Latvia employees, and matched donations from Cabot Riga, we have supported 50 initiatives aligned with Cabot's giving principles. The dedication of 30 committee members and 1,300 volunteer hours has played a key role in advancing our charitable efforts.
